Located in the Long Beach/ San Pedro area, we provide quality air conditioned lockout studios managed by a friendly staff dedicated to providing a professional creative environment. We offer great deals on monthly practice space to the Los Angeles and Orange County community. Our facility has secure access and on site monitoring. Most rooms come with a view of the LA Port. Monthly lockouts range in size from 96 to 600 square feet. Please call or email for availability.
